It features a single 12" cone driver loaded in bass reflex This exclusive design significantly reduces the volume of the acoustic load in order to obtain the best size / low cutoff frequency ratio as well as a significant efficiency gain in terms of useable bandwidth and perfect membrane movement control. This driver takes advantage of a forced thermal cooling, which drastically reduces thermal compression, resulting in high sound pressure capacity. In terms of ergonomics, the iS112 features, a pole-mount point, recessed connectors and protective skids. The iS112 must be used with APG processors and amplifiers. The iS112 is designed for low frequency reinforcement of small to medium power sound systems where compactness and discretion is at a premium. In fixed installations, iS112’s reduced dimensions enable unobtrusive installation in restricted environments, such as under seats or on a small stage, or flown from the ceiling. The iS112 offers low frequency from 45 Hz for maximum precision even in difficult acoustic environments. The iS112 can be combined with iX and DX series speakers to form compact, portable FOH systems for corporate events, A/V applications, low and medium power music reproduction. It is ideal for small venues, conference or indeed as part of a compact, efficient FOH system in bars, small clubs or mobile sound systems.
