Corte manual Para realizar un corte manual se requiere de una guia de corte con carro de disco diamantado. Este tipo de corte solo puede ser recto y dependiendo del espesor y longitud del corte puede optarse por el corte total con disco o la preincisión más rotura. En el primer caso se realiza el arranque de material a lo largo de toda la longitud de la pieza en diferentes pasadas de un máximo de 4mm de profundidad efectiva (se introduce el disco en cada pasada mediante tramos sucesivos de un maximo de 4mm) hasta que la totatilad del espesor se ha arrancado, quedando los dos tramos de pieza separados....

Para efectuar un correcto corte de un linetop 12mm (1/2”) se recomienda utilizar discos segmentados y unos parámetros de corte óptimos como los descritos a continuación.
