TECHNICAL DATA SHEET N. 15M Edition 02 www.anticasignoria.it ZVntica SignoriaTRESOR IRIDESCENT MULTICOLOUR DECORATIVE FINISHING FOR INTERIORS PRODUCT PROPERTIES TRESOR is a decorative finishing for interiors obtained combining resins in watery emulsion, particular pearlescents and special additives that grant to the product the following characteristics: HIGH TRANSPIRABILITY, EASY APPLICATION and WASHING RESISTANCE to ordinary detergents. Its special formulation allows to obtain an iridescent multicolour effect when applied on specific coloured surfaces. This effect, made from the application of the product, entails the chromatic changes due to the angle of view and/or the kind of light source whom the surface is exposed to. IDEAL USES TRESOR is suitable to decorate interior masonry walls, plasterboards, masonite and any other concrete surface. It is also suitable to decorate iron supports, wood, zinc metal sheet, aluminium, rigid PVC, light alloys prior the use of the specific base. TRESOR allows to obtain an high value innovative aesthetic effect that enriches every kind of environment with glamour and exclusivity. It is particularly suited in all amusement and entertainment environments, such as free-time, wellness, tasting and shopping ones, etc. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS SPECIFIC WEIGHT: 1-1,1 kg/I. VISCOSITY: 2800 - 3200 Cps at 20°C (brookfield, spindle 5, speed 20 rpm). SPREAD RATE PER COAT: 14-16 m2/l. The spread rate may vary depending on roughness, porosity and absorption of the surface, as well as on the application method adopted. APPEARANCE AND FINISH: Gloss appearance, smooth finish. VOC EMISSION LIMITS: EU limit value of VOC (Directive 2004/42/EC) for those products (Cat.A/i;WB):300 g/l (2007); 200 g/l (2010). TRESOR contains less than 200 g/l of VOC. PREPARATION OF THE SURFACE: NEW SURFACES: apply one coat of PRIMER UNIFORMANTE A.S. properly diluted and after about 3-4 hours apply one coat of FON DO TRESOR. ALREADY PAINTED SURFACES: it is recommended, before FONDO TRESOR application, to remove all eventual detaching elements, such as dust, oils and/or grease or crumpling parts and then proceed as on new surfaces. APPLICATION: TRIiSOR can be applied by wool roller, pure bristle brush, glove, sponge or spray. During brush application it is necessary, when the paint is still damp, to uniform the surface with a paint-free wool roller. DILUTION: Ready to use product. If necessary dilute with a maximum of 5% in volume of water. DRYING AT 20°C AND 65%R.H.: Dust-free after about 1 hour; in depth after about 24 hours. TIME BETWEEN COATS: One-coat application. It is recommended, before TRESOR finishing application, to wait at least 8 hours from the application of the base. ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS: The product can be applied with temperatures (of both the surface and/or the environment) between +5°C and +30°C. TOOLS CLEANING: With water immediately after use.
