Optional Checker Board Pattern top available: CONCRETE SPECIFICATIONS: Sand: washed torpedo sand. Stone: 3/8” washed gravel. Cement: very light gray color, 7 to 7 1/2 bags per cubic yard. Water reducers used to increase strength & durability. Chemically entrained air (6-8%) causes concrete to be salt & chloride resistant. Average strength (after 28 days) - 5000 PSI (compression strength varies depending on chosen finish). Concrete cured indoors under plastic cover before exposure to outside elements. REINFORCING: Table top and seat tops reinforced with #3 (3/8”) reinforcing cage. 6x6-10 gauge wire mesh used in sides of stools and table base. Held at least 1” away from outside surfaces. All material used in this product meets ASTM standards. FINISH: Standard Finish for table top and seat tops: Light Sandblast finish: SB1, SB6 or SB7. Standard Finish for bases: EX1 or EX2. OPTIONAL SEALER: Optional Two (2) coats of Acrylic Sealer is strongly recommended to enhance and deepen the color of the finish and to provide protection against the elements. Your choice of Gloss Acrylic Sealer for EX finishes (ACR1), Non-Gloss Sealer for EX and SB finishes (ACR2) or Semi-Gloss Acrylic Sealer for EX and SB finishes (ACR3). HARDWARE: Table & Stools must be anchored down on site to concrete or hard surface. Concealed anchor kit and all hardware included.
