Animo® has developed professional beverage heaters suitable for restaurants, catering, and institutional kitchens. These heaters are designed to heat drinks like milk and hot chocolate without causing unwanted foam or separation of fats.

Heating Method: Au-bain-marie
The beverage heaters use the bain-marie principle, which involves heating water in a double-walled container to evenly warm the milk without direct contact with the heat source. This method prevents fats from separating and ensures even heating up to a maximum of 85°C.

Product Variants

MWRn: Round profile heaters designed for milk and other beverages. Features include a no-drip tap, thermostatic control, boil-dry safety guard, and an exterior gauge glass. Available in sizes from 5 to 40 liters.
MW: Square version of MWRn with detachable taps for easy cleaning, a draining tap, and an adjustable thermostat. Available in 5, 10, and 20-liter sizes with a flow rate of 5 liters per 1.5 minutes.
MPW: Suitable for heating 1-liter tetra packs using a dry bain-marie system. Available in models that hold three or six cartons, ensuring hygienic heating without water spillage.

Technical Specifications

MWRn: Available in 5, 10, 20, and 40-liter capacities with a heating time ranging from 15 to 95 minutes depending on the size.
MW: Available in 5, 10, and 20-liter capacities with heating times between 15 to 25 minutes.
MPW: Models for 3 or 6 cartons with a heating time of 50 minutes for the first batch and 20 minutes per additional carton.

Additional Features
Animo® provides a special milk fur remover for cleaning the MW and MWRn models. All products are made from stainless steel, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning.

To heat milk evenly, it must not come into direct contact with the heating source. Animo > ή beverage heaters use the bain-marie principle. The bain-marie principle works as follows: in the double wall of the container the water is heated evenly around the milk. The milk absorbs the heat from the water casing and heats up without risk. The maximum temperature setting is 85C to prevent fats from separating and floating to the surface. This is the square version of the MWRn. All MW beverage heaters are fitted with detachable taps for quick and easy cleaning. The MW also has a draining tap with operator key for draining the bain-marie water. The thermostat is adjustable to any desired temperature. An indicator light shows when the water needs a refill. The Animo > MW beverage heater is available in three sizes: 5, 10 and 20 litres. The flow rate is 5 litres per 1.5 minutes.
