Overview: This document is a condensed version of the Amvic Building System Installation Guide, designed to assist with Amvic ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction. It highlights the steps, tools, and materials required for successful installation, aiming to create energy-efficient and sustainable homes.
Specifications: Amvic forms utilize FormLockTM technology for secure interlocking, preventing movement and leakage during concrete placement. The product line includes various forms such as straight, 90-degree, and 45-degree angles, as well as brick ledge, taper top, and radius forms.
Training Program: Amvic offers a training program covering ICF construction basics, including footing to rafter connections, rebar placement, and more, through classroom and hands-on wall building sessions.
Tools and Materials: The guide lists essential tools for block installation, concrete pouring, and utilities installation post-pour. Key tools include saws, drills, levels, rebar tools, and alignment systems. Materials include reinforcing steel, screws, tie wire, anchor bolts, and waterproofing systems.
