Installation Instructions
General installation instructions are provided by Amorim Cork Composites but should be used in conjunction with the flooring installer’s recommended procedures. Key points include:

Do not mechanically fasten the Acousticork T27 to the floor.
Use flexible cement glue for ceramic to Acousticork adhesion.
Ensure subfloor is leveled, dry, clean, and structurally sound.
New concrete slabs must cure for 120 days before installation.
Humidity content must not exceed 2.5%.
Air temperature should be above 10°C and humidity below 75%.

Application Process for Glued Floor

Open packaging 48 hours in advance for acclimatization.
Install underlayment perpendicular to the final floor direction.
Ensure no gaps or overlaps in the underlayment.
Do not use screws, nails, or staples to secure the underlayment.
Apply glue on the underlayment and install flooring perpendicular to it.
