Open the catalog to page 1VIBRATION PROBLEMS ON HVAC SINCE 1969 Since 1969 AMC-MECANOCAUCHO has pioneered the manufacture and design of antivibration mountings for the reduction of vibrations in multiple applications. With this purpose, AMC-MECANOCAUCHO has developed a width range of products focused on the HVAC equipment isolation. These supports are manufactured using rubber, springs or a microcelular polyurethane material specially conceived for vibration isolation called Sylomer®.

AMC MECANOCAUCHO® uses Instron Schenck® servohydraulic dynamic test benches to measure stiffness variation for mounts during a representative life cycle of an application. Open the catalog to page 8The AMC-MECANOCAUCHO FZ mounts are composed by two metal parts surrounded by a high resiliency Sylomer® poliurethane compound that offers a high isolation capacity with a small static deformation in all MEDIUM-HIGH frequency range. They have also an interlocking metal component that provides a fail-safe protection. The Sylomer® polyurethane compound is oil resistant and the temperature range of the FZ mounts is -30ºC +70ºC. A wide range of loads are covered with these spring mounts.
