  • Colour Options: The catalogue lists various solid colours available for aluminium composite panels, including Artic White, Grey White, Pure White, Traffic White, Signal White, Dusty Grey, Iron Grey, Light Grey, Antracite Grey, Umbra Grey, Black Grey, Black, Traffic Yellow, Traffic Orange, Traffic Red, Cream, Ultramarine Blue, Blood Red, Gentian Blue, Ivory, Yellow Green, Brown, and Euskadi Brown.   • Panel Characteristics: The BUILDBOND composite panel consists of two aluminium sheets, with the outer sheet made of AW 5005 alloy and the inner sheet of AW 3005/3105 alloy. This composition provides high resistance to atmospheric agents and suitable mechanical behaviour.
  • Standards and Testing: Alubuild manufactures panels according to EOTA specifications and European standards EAD 090062-00-0404 and EAD 21046-00-1201. All coated coils used in production are tested as per E.C.C.A requirements.
  • Coating Details: Aluminium coils are coated with polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF 70/30) or high durability polyester (HDPE), characterized by high durability, resistance to corrosion, chemical resistance, high flexibility, resistance to marine environments, and UV resistance. Any RAL colour can be achieved with a gloss range of 25-40%.
  • Colour Consistency: Colours do not contain toxic heavy metals. There may be slight variations in colour shades, especially with metallic, special, and prismatic colours. To ensure consistency, it is recommended to order a project in a single batch. Installation should follow the direction indicated on the protective film to avoid colour variations.
