Composite Panel Specifications

The BUILDBOND composite panel consists of two aluminium sheets: AW 5005 on the outer side and AW 3005/3105 on the inner side.
Panels are manufactured according to EOTA specifications and European standards EAD 090062-00-0404 and EAD 21046-00-1201.
Coated coils are tested per E.C.C.A standards.
Coatings include polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF 70/30) or high durability polyester (HDPE).

Colour Consistency and Installation

Colours do not contain toxic heavy metals like lead or chromium oxide.
Colour shades may vary slightly from the final aluminium coil colour, especially metallic, special, and prismatic colours.
To ensure colour consistency, it is recommended to order a project in a single batch.
All colours should be installed following the direction of the arrow on the protective film and panel back to prevent variations.
