Overview: The ED2-48/2S Series Multi-Shelf Heated Display Systems are designed for displaying pre-packaged hot foods. Constructed from 18 gauge, non-magnetic stainless steel, these units feature a curved, tempered glass top and removable sliding glass doors for easy access and cleaning.

Specifications: The display case dimensions are 29-7/8" x 48" x 37-3/4" for the ED2-48/2S model and 47-7/16" x 48" x 37-13/16" for the ED2SYS-48/2S model. Each shelf is equipped with an adjustable thermostat (range 1-10) and a heat-on indicator light. The top shelf uses thermal kinetic glass technology, while the bottom shelf is heated by an aluminum plate with a resistive heat pad.

The base is not sold separately and must be ordered with the full ED2SYS model. Decorator panels are available in standard black or custom colors.

Product Capacity: Each shelf can hold up to 80 lb (36 kg), accommodating ten chicken boats with dome covers.

Additional Options: The base can be adapted to include a 500-1D drawer warmer. Custom panel colors are available upon request.
