Wall, island or double-wall collector, also made of stainless steel with regulatory 45º filters, and grease collection tray with metallic drainage plug. Perimeter gutter to collect condensation from greasy steam on panels. Recommended for high-production kitchens, especially designed for cooking elements such as tilting frying pans, kettles and ovens of all kinds, wall or island, built with stainless steel panels and tops. It has a built-in attachment system to facilitate assembly. This hood has an interior suction plenum with vents to regulate flow filter-by-filter. All of the extractor hood's visible parts were assembled with bolts welded on the inside, thus making it possible to disassemble the ensemble if necessary (so it fits through a small door, or to expand it) and a great finish with no visible rivets or screws. Top safety with a U-shaped reinforcement gutter around the perimeter, with folded rounded sheet metal to prevent cuts.
