The hood's shape has been especially studied to make the ensemble as rigid as possible, with metal sheet folds strategically placed to avoid any flat horizontal surface that would lead to condensation and grease drippings. This hood has an interior suction plenum with vents to regulate flow filter-by-filter. All of the extractor hood's visible parts were assembled with bolts welded on the inside, thus making it possible to disassemble the ensemble if necessary (so it fits through a small door, or to expand it) as well as beautiful lines with no visible rivets or screws.
