MONOBLOC exhaust hood • EXCLUSIVE SHIELD DESIGN TO PREVENT FUME BACKFLOW • BUILT-IN FAN • WHERE AN EXTRACTOR HOOD CANNOT BE INSTALLED REMOTELY MONOBLOC extractor hood, with all visible parts made of AISI.304 stainless steel with a fine, polished finish (approved by the EEC for food handling). The hood's shape has been especially studied to make the ensemble as rigid as possible, with metal sheet folds strategically placed to avoid any flat horizontal surface that would lead to condensation and grease drippings. It has a built-in attachment system to facilitate assembly. All of the extractor hood's visible parts were assembled with bolts welded on the inside, thus making it possible to disassemble the ensemble if necessary (so it fits through a small door, or to expand it) and a great finish with no visible rivets or screws. Top safety with a U-shaped reinforcement gutter around the perimeter, with folded rounded sheet metal to prevent cuts. The MONOBLOC extractor hood includes a fan with a built-in motor. Optionally, a fan 400ºC/2H with Applus certification can be installed. It has a series of galvanised mesh filters measuring 390x490x50. Class F. With ball bearings. • Single-phase 220-240V.-50Hz. and tri-phase 220-240/380-415V.-50Hz. • Maximum temperature of air to be transported: -20º C+ 60º C. Drainage system Double drainage system, one to collect grease retained by the filter collector, with a high-capacity reservoir and a threaded metallic plug outlet, and another for the perimeter gutter that collects condensation from inside the shield, decanting it toward the high-capacity reservoir. Filtration system With a filter holder designed to house different kinds of 390x490x50 filters: • Condensation: déployé galvanised mesh filters with double zigzag, providing greater contact surface area per filter and halfmoon grid providing greater resistance to saturation and better condensation drainage. • Inertia (dynamic): filters with trapezoid stainless steel slats, providing better filtration with a greater air passage speed margin, since its sharp edges imbue the air with inertia that cannot follow the suspended grease particles, thus achieving low load loss. • Blended: this is a 390x490x25 mesh filter, with the same characteristics as the condensation ones before, and behind it, a 390x490x25 activated carbon filter, with activated carbon as an impregnated medium inside.
