ECO PLUS exhaust hood

ECO PLUS exhaust hood

ECO PLUS exhaust hood

Product catalog summary
Overview
ECO PLUS extractor hoods are designed for affordability and high quality, featuring a polished stainless steel finish. They are ideal for kitchens with low ceilings due to their compact design.

Design and Installation
The hoods are designed with a rigid structure and minimal height, keeping filters tilted at a 45º to 60º angle as per regulations. The sides are slanted, and the front measures 150 mm. A new attachment system allows for easy installation and lateral movement for perfect wall attachment. The Monobloc version includes a fan with a built-in motor.

Drainage System
The hoods feature a drainage system to collect grease and condensation, with a threaded metallic plug outlet and a perimeter gutter.

Filtration System
The filter holder accommodates various 490x490x50 filters:
  • Condensation Filters: Galvanised mesh with a double zigzag design for increased contact surface and better drainage.
  • Inertia Filters: Stainless steel slats that enhance filtration by using air inertia to separate grease particles.
  • Blended Filters: A combination of mesh and activated carbon filters to trap odour-causing particles.

Dimensions
The hoods are available in lengths of 1000, 1500, 2000, and 2500 mm, with depths of 750 and 1200 mm. Larger sizes are available as multiples of these dimensions.

ECO PLUS exhaust hood-1

ECO PLUS exhaust hood • IDEAL FOR LOW CEILINGS • OPTIONAL FAN ECO PLUS extractor hoods, with all visible parts made of stainless steel with a fine, polished finish, are one of the most affordable and competitive on the market, while still offering high quality. The hood's shape was especially designed to make the ensemble as rigid as possible, with the minimum height to keep filters tilted at an angle between 45º and 60º over the horizontal plane, per regulations. The sides are slanted and the front is 150 mm, ideal for kitchens with low ceilings. It has a new attachment system that makes installation easier, enabling lateral movement until reaching perfect wall attachment. All of the extractor hood's visible parts were assembled with bolts welded on the inside, thus making it possible to disassemble the ensemble if necessary (so it fits in reduced spaces, or to expand it) and a great finish with no visible rivets or screws. The Monobloc version has a fan with a built-in motor. Designed for 490x490x50 filters. Drainage system Drainage system to collect grease held by the filter collector, with threaded metallic plug outlet. Gutter around the perimeter to collect condensation from inside the shield or protector and sides. Filtration System With a filter holder designed to house different kinds of 490x490x50 filters: • Condensation: déployé galvanised mesh filters with double zigzag, providing greater contact surface area per filter and half-moon grid providing greater resistance to saturation and better condensation drainage. • Inertia (dynamic): filters with trapezoid stainless steel slats, providing better filtration with a greater air passage speed margin, since its sharp edges imbue the air with inertia that cannot follow the suspended grease particles, thus achieving low load loss. • Blended: this is a 490x490x25 mesh filter, with the same characteristics as the condensation ones before, and behind it, a 490x490x25 activated carbon filter, with activated carbon as an impregnated medium inside. Its porosity traps suspended particles that cause odour. email: altex@
