T echnical data sheet VECTACO® Z PLATE GUARDRAIL VECTACO® Z plate guardrail is a collective system against falls from height designed to protect flat roofs not accessible to public. It is the best solution for a fixation on top of the parapet and is used to keep the watertightness system (cap). It has been design for a quick and simple set-up notably thanks to the swage handrails and middle rail. When there is a more important offset we suggest a version of the Z plate guardrail for insulated parapet. Technical features: Ref.: VZ-i2 Assembly instruction (see Assembly and use instructions NT006): • Maximum spacing between uprights: 1500 mm. • Handrail and middle rail angles adjustable to fit. • Nestable swage handrails and middle rails. • Assembly with hex socket and self-drilling screws (provided). • Guardrail material: aluminium. • Coating: raw, anodized or powder coated (ral colours) upon request: • Z plate material: aluminium. • Horizontal load: 30 daN/ml. • Comply with the European standard EN ISO 14122-3 and the French standard NF E 85-015. Product sizes: Models: • Available with straight, inclined, curved or foldable uprights. • With handrail (for parapet H>550mm). • With handrail + middle rail (for parapet H<550mm).
