General Information
ALPOLIC®/fr LT anodized aluminum composite material (ACM) panels are designed for interior applications, offering a lightweight and durable solution for cladding walls, ceilings, columns, and displays. The panels feature a thin aluminum skin with a fire-resistant core.

Materials and Construction Information
The panels are constructed with a clear anodized finish, measuring 0.425 mils on the top side. Standard panel size is 48" x 96" (1219mm x 2438mm) with a thickness of 3mm. Custom sizes and a standard polyethylene core are available upon request.

Surface Treatment and Finish Tolerance
The anodized finish is available in clear, with color variation expected due to the nature of anodizing. Color tolerance is DE 5.0 (CMC) within one lot, and gloss tolerance is nominal +/- 10 units.

Product Tolerance
Width tolerance is ± 0.08" (2mm), length tolerance is ± 0.16" (4mm), and thickness tolerance is 4mm ± 0.008" (0.2mm) or 6mm ± 0.012" (0.3mm). Maximum bow is 0.5% of length and/or width, and squareness is a maximum of 0.2" (5mm).

Fire Performance
The panels meet the International Building Code requirements for a Class A Fire Rating, having been tested by independent laboratories.

The standard panel warranty is 5 years, with no finish warranty. Contact ALPOLIC® Customer Service for details.

Product Notes
Panels should be stored flat in a dry, indoor environment and fabricated at temperatures above 55˚F. The protective film should be removed soon after installation. Refer to the ALPOLIC®/fr LT Fabrication Manual for further guidance.
