General Information
ALPOLIC®/fr architectural prismatic finish aluminum composite panels utilize FEVE technology with specialized mica flake pigments, creating a surface that shifts colors or sparkles like diamonds. These panels are custom manufactured to architectural standards with a mineral-filled fire-resistant core.

Materials
Custom colors include Salmon, Eclipse, Dragonfly, Dusk, and June Bug. Panels are available with a FEVE LUMIFLON™ finish for durability and weather resistance, with a PVDF, Kynar finish available upon request.

Standard Panel Size
Standard widths are 50" (1270mm) and 62" (1575mm), with lengths of 146" (3708mm) and 196" (4978mm). Panels can be manufactured in 4mm or 6mm thickness. Custom sizes are available.

Finish Tolerance
Color tolerance is DE 2.5 max from standard, and gloss tolerance is nominal +/- 10 units.

Product Tolerance
Width: ± 0.08" (2mm), Length: ± 0.16" (4mm), Thickness: 4mm ± 0.008" (0.2mm), 6mm ± 0.012" (0.3mm), Bow: max 0.5% of length/width, Squareness: max 0.2" (5mm), Peel Strength: >22 in lb/in (ASTM D1781).

Fire Performance
Panels meet all requirements of the International Building Code for combustible construction and are IBC and UL listed.

Warranty
Standard panel warranty is 10 years, and finish warranty is 20 years. Contact ALPOLIC® Customer Service for details.

Product Notes
Store panels flat in a dry, indoor environment. Fabricate at temperatures above 55˚F. Remove protective film soon after installation. Refer to the ALPOLIC®/fr Painted ACM Fabrication Manual for recommendations. Crating fees apply for orders below standard crate size. For color consistency, order all panels at once and maintain consistent orientation during installation. Do not mix different lots of Prismatic finishes on building elevations.
