Surface Treatment
ALPOLIC®/fr architectural Mica color panels are available with a FEVE LUMIFLON™ finish, known for its durability and weather resistance. A PVDF, Kynar finish can be requested. Stock colors include Mica Platinum, Mica Champagne, and Mica Anodic Clear.

Standard Panel Size
Panels are available in widths of 50” (1270mm) and 62” (1575mm), and lengths of 146” (3708mm) and 196” (4978mm), with a standard thickness of 4mm. Custom sizes are available upon request.

Finish Tolerance
Color deviation is a maximum of DE 2.5 from standard, and gloss tolerance is nominal +/-10 units.

Product Tolerance
Width tolerance is ± 0.08” (2mm), length tolerance is ± 0.16” (4mm), and thickness tolerance is 4mm: ± 0.008” (0.2mm), 6mm: ± 0.012” (0.3mm). Maximum bow is 0.5% of length and/or width, squareness is a maximum of 0.2” (5mm), and peel strength is >22 in lb/in (ASTM D1781).

Fire Performance
ALPOLIC®/fr panels with a mineral-filled core meet the International Building Code requirements for non-combustible construction and are IBC listed.

Warranty
The standard panel warranty is 10 years, and the finish warranty is 30 years for standard architectural colors. Contact customer service for exclusions and details.

Product Notes

Store panels flat in a dry, indoor environment.
Fabricate panels at temperatures above 55°F.
Remove protective film soon after installation.
Refer to the fabrication manual for recommendations.
Crating fees apply for orders below standard crate size.
Order all required panels at once for color consistency.
Do not mix different lots of Mica finish on building elevations.
