Product catalog summary
Overview
The TopDalle Eco is a versatile slab formwork system suitable for various building types, focusing on safety, productivity, ergonomics, and environmental sustainability.
Specifications
The system complies with the 2004 decree on falls from height and meets NF E 85-014 and NF X 35-109 standards. It offers a productivity rate of 33 m²/person/day at a height of 2.50 m.
Safety Features
TopDalle Eco enhances safety with full-surface Eco+ panels that prevent falls and reduce tripping and slipping risks. It allows for ground-based installation and removal, increasing stability and theft protection through a patented chemical process.
Productivity and Ergonomics
The system supports 30 m²/person/day productivity at 2.50 m height, featuring simplified assembly, fewer required products, and easy formwork removal. Components are 35% lighter than conventional solutions, reducing manual load handling and noise pollution.
Environmental Considerations
Made from 100% recycled and recyclable aluminum, TopDalle Eco is designed to limit CO2 emissions. The production process favors short distribution channels, reducing transport distances and increasing equipment load per lorry by 15%.
Quality and Maintenance
The system ensures superior concrete soffit quality and complies with NF P 93-322 standards. It is compatible with the entire aluminum beam formwork range and features easy maintenance due to the repairability of aluminum.
Components and Accessories
Includes primary and secondary beams, Eco+ panels, and extendable beams for complex shapes. Accessories like safety mesh, galvanized posts, and handling racks enhance functionality and safety.
Installation and User Guide
Provides detailed installation instructions, emphasizing safety precautions and proper assembly techniques. Includes guidelines for using extendable beams and secondary corner beams, ensuring adaptability to various configurations.
Conclusion
TopDalle Eco combines safety, productivity, and environmental responsibility, making it a leading choice for modern construction projects.
Formwork Installation and Removal Procedures
  • Installation: Mount four technical supports stabilized by a prop frame from one corner of the room. Use a rolling safety ladder and refer to the layout plan. Adjoin panels with a 2 cm gap as per the layout plan.
  • Concrete Slab Formation: After reinforcement, spread concrete on the formwork without overloading beams and supports. Ensure proper sealing between plywood sheets and edges.
  • Formwork Removal: Use the TopPerche Eco to remove Eco+ panels and primary beams progressively. Strike down formwork heads from STs, leaving STs in position. Props at the edge of cells should be removed, while others remain for at least three days depending on concrete type and temperature.
Special Cases and Adaptability
  • Handling Face Overhangs: Use a cantilever configuration with fork and bracket. Position the fork under primary beams for additional adjustment.
  • Precise Adaptability: Allows for precise adaptability to cell dimensions using a 'drawer' system where primary beams rest in grooves of perpendicular beams.
Primary Beam and Eco+ Frame Grids
Detailed grids are provided for primary beams and Eco+ frames, indicating configurations for distances between walls ranging from 0 to 10 meters.
Safety and Productivity
TopDalle Eco panels provide a stable and secure working platform, enhancing safety and productivity in residential construction.
