POLYESTER ULTRAFLAT HEATING ELEMENTS Alper ultra-flat polyester heaters are produced by silk screen process to allow to reduce at minimum possible the thickness of the heater (min. 0.2mm). They are used in various application such as aerospace, ship, small household appliances and construction market sector. These heaters are produced by screen printing, where the first step is the production of a silver trace necessary for the transport of electricity and then a layer of conductive ink assures the heating characteristics. The continuous research of new mixtures of resistive inks allowed Alper to make extremely flexible the production process as well as the offer for almost infinitive possible powers in the same surface. Thanks to this Alper is also extremely flexible in development of new products designed upon customer requests. The technology, unique in this market sector, allows to reduce the costs of implementation for any small changes on the power requirements (+ / - 20%) by just changing the composition of the resistive inks.
