FLEXIBLE CIRCUITS Flexible circuits made by Alper are produced by silk print technology and give a result of extremely thin and flexible characteristics. They are used on many type of applications where signals or current shall be conducted on a very thin and flexible support. These circuits are made by silk print of a special silver paste duly mixed with other components that give to the circuit really high grade of flexibility. The circuits are protected with dielectric layers that allow to pass flash tests over 3750V. Upon request the flexible circuits could be complete with a self-adhesive layer, also just partially covering the surface, and can be complete with any type of leads or connectors. The continuous research of Alper permits to obtain an excellent bonding of the circuit to the PET support assuring a long life performances. Our production processes consents to have excellent quality standards combined with high production capability. Furthermore, being the production processes of a additive type, Alper assures to not introduce in the environment polluted substances that are harmful for nature and humans.
