Bend performance: No spalling of coating at 0.5mm bend radius.
Reverse impact test: No spalling of coating.
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength of 140-180 MPa, proof stress of 130-170 MPa, elongation ≥ 2%.
Total Reflectance: > 95% (DIN 5036-3, ASMT E 1651).
Specular Reflectance: > 86% at 60° (ISO 7668).
Humidity resistance: No change in reflectance after 100h at 40°C.

Base material: Pre-anodized aluminium, 99.85% purity.
Specification: UNI-EN 573: 3: 96, nominal temper H18.
Reflection coat: PVD coated multi-layer reflection stack.

Availability
The material is available in sheets or coils with a maximum width of 1,250mm and thickness ranging from 0.3 to 0.8mm.

Coating System
The coating system includes protective and reflective layers, a PVD aluminium layer, a bonding layer, and an anodized aluminium substrate. A diagram illustrates the modified spectral reflectance function of the material compared to standard mirror materials.

The product is certified under ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, and BS OHSAS:2007, with regular voluntary monitoring by DEKRA Certification.
