Wave Bench Design
This innovative design, known as the 'Wave' bench, was the winning entry in a Danish competition aimed at showcasing furniture designs using formed laminated ply construction. The design was selected by a panel of esteemed judges, including Nanna Ditzel, Niels Gammelgaard, and Philip Thonet, for its elegance, poetic nature, and versatility in various building contexts. The minimalist approach and the balance between the stainless steel frame and the moulded 'wave' seat were particularly praised.
Complementary Furniture
Alongside the Wave bench, a range of low-level tables with diffused glass tops is available, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
Finishes
The Wave seat is veneered with Canadian Rock Maple and finished with clear lacquer. Optional features include a seat pad and a floor fix foot.
