WILLIAMS SCOTSMAN CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS Baltimore, Maryland Client Project Williams Scotsman served as its own client when it designed and constructed its corporate headquarters to meet the needs of its expanded operations throughout North America. • Original building included 47 modules totaling 43,200 square feet • New addition included 30 modules totaling 26,880 square feet • Full turnkey installation, equipped with alarm system, secured door entry, and sprinkler system Client Need The company needed an office building to accommodate is 200 employees in its Baltimore, Maryland location. The Williams Scotsman Solution The initial building was a three story, 43,200 square foot office complex constructed over a full basement. The exterior surface incorporated stucco, a curved facade and bent windows; while the interior foyer was finished in marble, tile, architectural glass and woods to present a sleek and modern look to visitors. Approximately 11 years after the initial building was occupied, Williams Scotsman once again required additional space due to the company’s rapid expansion.
