The document outlines the specifications for flat and domed skylights using extruded corrugated polycarbonate multi-wall sheets. These sheets are UV-protected on one side, with thermosealed end edges and specific wave and thickness measurements. Warranties
AKRALUX Onda sheets come with a 10-year warranty in Europe against yellowing and weather damage, such as hail. Warranty duration may vary for non-European countries. A Warranty Certificate is available for more details.

Certifications
The sheets have a fire classification of EN 13501-1 B s1 d0 / DIN 4102 B1. Certificates for different countries are available upon request.

Resistance to Chemical Agents
The sheets are resistant to low concentrations of mineral and organic acids, detergents, soaps, salt solutions, fats, oils, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and alcohol. They are not stabilized against aromatic hydrocarbons and strong alkalis.

Positioning, Tools, and Fixing
Sheets should be installed with the UV-protected side facing outward. Cutting can be done with a circular saw or shears. Installation procedures are similar to those for corrugated fiber cement sheets. An EPDM washer should be used before screwing, and drilled holes should be wider than the screw diameter to accommodate thermal expansion. Only polycarbonate-compatible silicon should be used if necessary.

Care and Maintenance
Sheets should not be stored in direct sunlight or adverse weather without protection. Regular cleaning with cold or lukewarm water and neutral detergents is recommended. Avoid abrasive cloths, hot water, and chemical detergents, and do not clean when panels are heated by the sun.
