Rooflight or wall applications use extruded corrugated or profiled sheets made of two-wall polycarbonate. These sheets are UV-protected on the external side and have thermosealed end edges. The standard thickness is 3 mm with a thermal transmission of U=4.50 W/m²K. Available colors include Transparent and White Opaline, among others.

Warranties
The AKRALUX MINICEL sheets come with a 10-year warranty in Europe against yellowing and weather damage, such as hail. Warranty duration may vary for non-European countries. A Warranty Certificate is available upon request.

Certifications
The sheets are classified under European Fire Class EN 13501-1 B s1 d0. Certificates for different countries are available upon request.

Positioning, Tools, and Fixing
Sheets should be installed with the UV-protected side facing outward. A minimum slope of 4° (7%) is recommended. Use a metal saw with fine teeth for cutting. Fixing requires screws with washer gaskets and shaped crown washers. Pre-drill holes wider than the screw diameter to accommodate thermal expansion. Compatible silicone may be used if necessary.

Care and Maintenance
Sheets should not be stored unprotected under sun and weather exposure. Regular cleaning with cold or lukewarm water and neutral detergents is recommended. Avoid abrasive cloths, hot water, and chemical detergents. Do not clean sheets when overheated by the sun.
