A comprehensive range of lightweight, versatile filtration units that are easy to install, providing a localized particle-free environment where needed. These units enhance the cleanliness of specific areas within a clean room and, when installed with transparent vinyl curtains, they isolate the work area from external contamination.
Casing
The units feature high-strength furniture suitable for suspended installation and adaptable to all types of false ceilings. The Dif-Vent models are constructed from electro-galvanized steel with an optional stainless steel (AISI 304) casing and an equalizer grid made from lacquered aluminum or stainless steel, designed for laminar flow. The grid is fully removable for easy filter changes. Dif-Box units are made from shockproof, UV-resistant polystyrene with an aluminum frame, lacquered white, and an equalizer grid for laminar flow. Other colors and finishes are available upon request.
External Rotor Motors
Dif-Vent units are equipped with fans featuring an external rotor motor, backward wheel, high efficiency, and low consumption. The fan is dynamically and statically balanced according to DIN/ISO1940 quality G2,5. The external rotor motor is fully voltage controllable, offering advantages such as increased life expectancy, compact design, and low starting currents. All motors are protected by integrated thermal contacts to prevent overload and high ambient temperatures.
Filters
The units use absolute HEPA and ULPA filters of the minipleat type with an aluminum frame and integrated Gel or Polyurethane gasket. They offer an efficiency of 99.995% E%@MPPS (EN1822 Class H-14), with optional higher efficiency filters available up to 99.999995% E%@MPPS (EN1822 Class U-17).
