Digitally printed decorative glass ARTLITE DIGITAL Artlite Digital glass features one surface covered with permanent decorative designs. The designs are created by depositing enamel on the glass using a digital printing process. Artlite Digital enables countless custom design options, including images, drawings, logos and letterings. Unlimited Design – You can produce photos, drawings, logos and lettering on different sized glass and specify any colour you want Adjustable transparency level Small or large production runs High durability Toughened safety glass – You can opt to print your own custom design or an AGC design from the Functional Patterns or Decorative Patterns collections – An image can be divided into sections like a puzzle and then put back together by placing digital printed glass side by side – Artlite Digital is produced by printing a succession of layers, allowing you to choose the level of transparency (from transparent to completely opaque) according to your needs – The digital printing process is very flexible, making it the ideal solution for producing glass with series of different designs or limited production runs – The colour of the high-quality enamel retains its bright appearance over time thanks to the heat treatment applied to the glass, making the image resistant to moisture, abrasion and UV radiation – Excellent mechanical strength, ensuring superb protection for people and property Processing options - Insulating Glazing - Laminated Safety Glass - Facade design: curtain walls, structural glazing, balustrades, spandrels, etc. - Protection from solar radiation: external blinds, louvres, canopies, etc. - Interior design: partitions, doors, banisters, balustrades, flooring, etc. - Privacy (different levels of opacity) - Furniture Standard Artlite Digital is a Toughened Safety Glazing [EN 12150]. Upon request, it can be produced in Heat Strengthened [EN 1863] or Heat Soaked Toughened Safety Glass [EN 14179] versions. Artlite Digital can also be assembled in Thermobel Insulating Glazing (delivering optimal thermal comfort year-round) or in Stratobel Laminated Safety Glass. Other features: All Artlite Digital printing can be based on images with a resolution of at least 150 dpi in .tif or .jpg format. For symbols, colour ranges, logos and text, the required formats are .ai, .eps and .bmp*. Artlite Digital is available on various glass substrates and in thicknesses ranging from 4 to 19 mm. - Minimum dimensions (base x height): 300 x 120 mm - Maximum dimensions (base x height): 2400 mm x 3700 mm* *AGC produces a digital model in order to optimise rendering.
