TECHNICAL DATA SHEET AF SLEEVE B3 Fireproof sleeve for corrugated pipes DESCRIPTION AF SLEEVE B3 is an intumescent sleeve certified under EN 1366-3 for EI 180 sealing of corrugated combustible pipe penetrations and openings left by the extraction of formwork bolts. The strip's thin profile (only 2 mm high) enable its application around the corrugated pipe directly inside the rigid structure. DIRECT APPLICATION Electrical cables in corrugated pipes Formwork holes FEATURES Dimensions: Free expansion: Activation temperature: Pressure generated: PACKAGING AND STORAGE 10 m rolls, 30x2 mm section Unlimited under normal storage conditions APPLICATION METHOD Electrical cables in corrugated pipes 1. Insert AF SLEEVE B3 around the combustible pipe at the penetration; 2. Seal the outer space by applying AF PANEL panels glued and smoothed with AF SEAL W sealant. Formwork holes 1. Wrap the AF SLEEVE B3 around until it reaches the diameter of the opening to be sealed; 2. Insert the "roll" inside the opening to be sealed. SPECIFICATION Supply and application of AF SLEEVE B3 intumescent sleeve, which has an expansive capacity of more than 20 times its initial volume, for up to EI 180 protection of combustible pipes containing electrical cables and sealing of formwork holes. The system is certified for use in combination with semi-rigid AF PANEL rock wool panels.
