OSB KLEBER

Product catalog summary
Product Overview: OSB KLEBER is an adhesive mortar designed for both interior and exterior applications, specifically for attaching expanded polystyrene boards to OSB and similar supports. It is suitable for use in extreme climates but not on wood, plastic, or metal surfaces.
Characteristics: The adhesive offers excellent adherence to wooden and OSB supports, is easy to process, and provides high resistance and flexibility.
Technical Data: The adhesive is composed of cement, mineral aggregates, polymers, and plasticizers. It has a minimum adherence of 0.08 N/mm² to both concrete and polystyrene bases and is classified as A1 for fire reaction. The bucket time is approximately 2 hours, with an open gluing time of at least 20 minutes. The application temperature ranges from +5°C to +30°C. Consumption varies based on the trowel size used.
Application Instructions: The surface must be clean, dust-free, and rigid. Mix 25 kg of adhesive with 6-6.5 liters of water, let it rest, and then mix again. Apply the adhesive with a serrated trowel and press the polystyrene board onto the surface. After 24 to 72 hours, fix the boards with pins and apply a glass fiber netting. Finish the surface with decorative plasters after a minimum of 72 hours.
Important Considerations: Protect surfaces from dehydration, bad weather, and frost during application. Avoid direct sunlight and strong air currents. Follow the technical security sheet for safety information. This document supersedes previous versions and reflects current product knowledge.

OSB KLEBER-2

Base: The support surface must be clean, dusted and rigid, without loose portions and well hardened, at least 28 days old. Surface must be inspected with a hammer, to see if it is resistant enough for plating. Processing: For 25 kg, mix homogenously approx. 6 - 6,5 liters of water with an electric mixer with a shaft for adhesives. Leave to rest 5 to 10 minutes and then give a brief, vigorous mix one more time. For flat surfaces such as OSB, it is mandatory that the adhesive is applied all over the surface of the polystyrene board, with a 10-12 mm serrated grouter, and then the thermo insulating...
