Application Base: Suitable for concrete, brick, or ACC surfaces. Surfaces must be primed, moistened, or treated for adherence depending on absorption. Surfaces should be clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
Surface Preparation: Remove residues and fragile portions, fix edge protection profiles, and protect windows and doors. Reinforcement mesh should be prepared for non-absorbent sections.
Processing Instructions:
  • Mechanical Application: Use standard plastering machines, adjust water quantity, apply and level the mortar, incorporate reinforcement mesh, and allow to dry for approx. 3 hours before evening the surface.
  • Manual Application: Mix 30 kg of MTI 25 with 6.6 – 7.2 liters of water, apply and level the mortar, incorporate reinforcement mesh, and allow to dry for approx. 3 hours before evening the surface.
After complete drying, the surface can be finished with ADEPLAST gypsum or cement-based plaster and/or ADEPLAST COLOR SYSTEM paints.

Base: Product is applied on concrete, brick or ACC surfaces. It is necessary to prime, moisten or apply a product to achieve and adherence bridge, depending on the absorption of the base. Surface must be resistant, clean, dry, without cracks or fissures, free of grease, dusts, loose debris, salts or other material than can form a separator layer. Fragile portions and mortar residues must be removed. Joints between the masonry blocks are closed in advance with mortar.
