Product catalog summary
Product Overview:
Fast self-leveling screed based on cement for indoor use, suitable for layers of 2-10 mm. It is designed to level cement screeds and concrete surfaces for finishing with various flooring materials in areas with light pedestrian traffic. The product is applicable only on mineral bases and not suitable for wood, plastic, or metal surfaces.
Characteristics:
  • Provides a final smooth surface.
  • Easy to process with high resistance.
  • Allows light traffic approximately 3 hours after application.
Technical Data:
  • Material foundation includes cement, mineral aggregates, polymers, and plasticizers.
  • Classified as CT-C20-F5-A15 according to SR EN 13813 / 2003.
  • Compressive strength: C20; Tensile strength: F5; Resistance to wear: A15.
  • Bucket time: Maximum 40 minutes.
  • Application temperature: Min. +5°C, max. +30°C.
  • Consumption: Approximately 1.5 – 1.8 kg/m²/mm.
  • Packaging: 25 kg paper bag resistant to humidity.
  • Storage: Valid for 12 months from fabrication date, stored in dry spaces on wooden pallets.
Base Preparation:
  • Mineral support layers must be at least 28 days old and completely hardened and dried.
  • Surface must be clean, dry, and free of cracks, grease, dust, and other materials that can form a separator layer.
  • Resistance to tearing must be at least 0.8 N/mm² for light traffic and 1.5 N/mm² for heavy traffic.
  • For absorbent bases, use ADEPLAST® Acrylic Primer; for non-absorbent bases, use SCHOMBURG INDUFLOOR IB 1240 with quartz sand.
Processing Instructions:
  • Mix 25 kg of material with approximately 5 liters of clean water using an electric mixer at low speed.
  • Check material consistency using a PVC tube test; correct consistency results in a disc diameter of 53-56 cm.
  • Pour material on the base and de-aerate with a spiked roller within 15-20 minutes of application.
  • Final setting occurs within 40 minutes; surface can be used after 24 hours for ceramic plating and 72 hours for hardwood flooring or carpets.
Important Considerations:
  • Not suitable for industrial traffic flooring.
  • Protect surfaces from fast dehydration, bad weather, or frost.
  • Avoid direct sunlight exposure during adhesion.
  • For floor heating systems, ensure the system is turned off 24 hours before application and turned on after complete drying.
  • Comply with the technical security sheet for safety and application guidelines.

Fast self-leveling screed-2

Base: The mineral support layers must be at least 28 days old, respectively they must be completely hardened and dried. Very thick concrete elements, over 20 cm, must be at least 3 months old. Pressure water and humidity must not come from the support layer as it does with concrete poured directly on the ground, without insulation. Surface of the support layer must be resistant, clean, dry, without cracks or fissures, adherent and compact, free of grease, dusts, loose debris, salts or other material than can form a separator layer. Fragile portions and mortar residues must be removed. The most...

Fast self-leveling screed-3

Material is poured on the base and is de-aerated with a spiked roller. Surface can be leveled with a leveling board or a screed grouter. De-aeration and leveling are done within 15-20 minutes since application. After this period, the material starts to harden and cannot be processed additionally. Final setting of the material occurs maximum 40 minutes after application. At the end of the setting, material hardens visibly within seconds, surface gets hot and then cools off slowly. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the quality of the applied layer. Under high temperature, this period...
