Electrical Requirements:

208-240/60/3 @16 amps plus ground (4 wires required).
Electrical lines to be dropped from the top of the oven.

Water Supply Requirements:

1/2” NPT 40-75 psi required, hot or cold water (not exceeding 120°F).
Water supply specifications: Hardness of 2-4 grains per gallon, PH range 7.0 to 8.0, Chloride concentration 0-30 ppm.

Drain Requirements:

1/2” NPT connection with side drain, recommended rear drain usage.
Drain must be angled downward for proper drainage.

Gas Requirements:

1” NPT connection, firing rate 195,000 BTU’s.
Static line pressure: 7”-10” W.C. natural gas or 9”-14” W.C. liquid propane.
Pre-installed drip leg, pressure regulator, and shutoff valve.

Canopy Vent:

8” diameter canopy connection, customer-supplied roof mounted fan (750-1000 cfm).
Static pressure drop through canopy 8.6 w.c.

Additional Information:

Customer responsible for furnishing and installing all utilities and connections.
Installation must comply with all federal, state, and local codes by licensed contractors.
Oven installation requires a smooth, heat-resistant, and level floor.
Minimum 24” clearance required above the oven for servicing and installation.
Flue must be vented outside the building.
