Technical data sheet DECHO® STYLE DECHO® STYLE Sound-absorbing design modules Decho® Style is a minimal and elegant panel line designed by Acustico® and characterized by a surprising decorative effect, extreme lightness and versatility of use. These panels are made with polyester fibre (PET) and covered with a fire-proof and sound-transparent fabric, characterised by a particular felt effect, in total harmony with the Nordic interior design trend. The production process of Decho® Style panels is very simple but innovative at the same time: the polyester fibre is treated with a specific procedure of thermo-smoothing, the fabric is fixed on the surfaces and a cutting mold shapes the panel into the required forms and dimensions. The thermo-smoothing operations of the polyester fibre make the material acoustically more performing and more resistant as well. Because of this structural strength, Decho® Style panels do not require additional frames or other types of containment system, eliminating additional any weight and acoustic reflective surface. Decho® Style modules can be installed on the wall, in order to get original panels’ compositions, and suspended to the ceiling with cables in flat mode (one side fabric covering) or vertical “baffle” mode (fabric covering on both sides). BM CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM Decho® Style panels are made of thermo-smoothed and heat-bound PET polyester fibre, totally fire resistant, thermally coupled with a coloured felt tissue and finally shaped, through a mechanic cutting system, into the required forms and dimensions. The total absence of rigid components, such as perimetral frames or other types of structures, permits panels to expose all the absorbing surfaces to sound waves, excluding any reflecting acoustic element.
