Roof Hatch Specifications

Cover: Double-skin construction with 1-inch cellulose insulation and a continuous EPDM foam weather/draft seal gasket. The cover supports a live load of 40 lbs/sq. ft. Outer skin options include 14 gauge galvanized steel or varying thicknesses of aluminum depending on size.
Curb: Made from 14 gauge galvanized steel or 10 gauge aluminum with 1-inch thick fiberboard roof insulation. The curb is 12 inches high with a 3.375-inch wide bottom flange and pre-drilled mounting holes.
Hinge: Available in zinc-plated steel or stainless steel.
