Product catalog summary
System Overview
ACO Deckline 125 is a shallow invert surface water drainage system made from hot-dipped galvanised steel, designed for areas with construction restrictions like car park decks. It features two locking points per metre, a 50mm level invert depth, and a variety of channel lengths. The system includes branch units, corner units, and universal closing end plates, all with watertight connections and rigid PVC infill for support in trafficked areas. Gratings are available in galvanised steel and composite materials, compliant with Load Class C250 to BS EN 1433 standards.

Technical Data
The system includes various channel components and accessories such as outlet units, corner units, and branch units. Load Class definitions ensure the system's reliability and performance, with gratings available in slotted, perforated, and composite designs. All gratings come with locking bolts for secure installation.

Installation, Operation, and Maintenance
Installation: The installation process involves excavation, pipe connections, positioning, and backfilling. Channels should be set to line and level using levelling feet, with adequate clearance for grating installation. A suitable mortar of minimum Strength Class C30/37 is recommended.
Operation and Maintenance: Regular inspections are necessary to maintain clear waterways and remove debris. Galvanised steel surfaces should be cleaned with water and a stiff brush, avoiding wire brushes. Damaged areas should be treated with zinc sprays to prevent corrosion.

Limitations and Recommendations
ACO Deckline 125 is not suitable for chemically aggressive applications, swimming pools, or public roads and motorways. For such applications, ACO Modular 125 stainless steel channel drainage systems are recommended.
