Product Overview:
Living Surfaces™ Liquid Lava™ products are innovative materials featuring liquid sealed within panels. These panels are resilient, and when pressure is applied, the liquid moves, creating dynamic visual effects. They are available in a variety of colors and can be customized.

Applications:
Suitable for diverse environments such as nightclubs, restaurants, hospitals, casinos, museums, and more. The liquid is non-toxic, and the tiles are impact-resistant and recyclable.

Technical Specifications:
Made from two sheets of PVC sealed together, each tile is tested to withstand 500 kg per square meter. Standard thickness is 1/4” (6–7mm) with a weight of 5.8 lbs (2.63kg). The tiles have a Shore/Durometer hardness of D 66/77 and meet ADA anti-slip requirements.

Installation Instructions:
Three installation methods are available: butt joint without sealing, silicone sealing for waterproofing, and PVC cord welding for environments like hospitals. Temporary installations can use industrial double-sided tape.

Maintenance:
Use auto polishing metallic wax applied with a mop. Avoid automatic cleaning machinery and solvent waxes. Protective pads under furniture are recommended.

Storage:
Tiles should be stored horizontally and are best kept at room temperatures between 50º F (10º C) and 104ºF (40º C).

Additional Products:
TransLava™ floor tiles and table/countertops with transparent backgrounds for under lighting effects are available. Custom colors can be specified using Pantone® colors.
