To optimise the effective lifetime of your welding equipment and avoid the additional cost of replacement, regular maintenance is important. Before Use • Inspect inner and outer protection plates and filter glass. Replace if cracked, pitted or scratched • Ensure low battery indicator is not flashing • Inspect headband. Replace if damaged • Inspect helmet for cracks. Replace if necessary • Verify the sweatband is in place.
