The range includes a selection of lightweight and robust faceshields offering protection from flying wood chips and large particles. Light Reduction: 45% 5C-1: Stainless Steel Mesh Aperture: 1.8mm x 2.5mm Wire Diameter: 0.2mm o.d. Light Reduction: 25% The spring-loaded faceshield holders allow for easy flip up and down of the faceshield and the 2-point rotation mechanism means that the faceshield sits further back on the helmet when in the up position The 3M™ V5 and U5B Faceshield Holder can be attached to a range of 3M™ Industrial Safety Helmets The 5J-1 faceshield is designed in 3 zones with different aperture sizes. Standards and approvals The 3M™ Mesh Faceshield V5 Series meet the requirements of the PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 and are thus CE marked. The products have been examined by DIN CERTCO Gesellschaft fur Konformitatsbewertung mbH, Alboinstrasse 56, 12103 Berlin, Germany (Notified Body number 0196).
