Fitting Instructions: 1 Grasp behind the pad and pull headband gently apart. 2 Direct the plugs towards the ear canal opening. Push in* and move in all directions for best seal. 3 The banded plugs can be worn under-the-chin or behind-the-head. * It may be necessary to pull up and outward on the outer ear, whilst pressing the plug toward the ear canal for effective seal. Care should be taken to refit the plug if it becomes dislodged through movement. Before each fitting the plugs should be inspected to ensure they are in good condition.
