The GROOVE Screening Acoustic System is designed for sustainable architectural acoustic solutions, particularly in large open-plan office environments. It addresses acoustic considerations, privacy, and general comfort while maintaining a strong design ethos of form and function.
Product Specifications
- Composition: Made from 24mm 100% polyester fibre.
- Recycled Content: Minimum 45% PET plastics.

Procurement
The system is available in a standard kit form, including:
- 17 vertical struts (2058mm)
- 14 horizontal struts (1156mm)
- 8 90-degree corner connectors
Installation
It is recommended that all 14six8 products be installed by a preferred installer, which can be provided upon request.
Acoustics
The system has an Acoustic NRC Rating of 0.95 for 24mm material, calculated to BS EN ISO 11654:1997 standards.
VOC Emissions
The product is a low VOC product, manufactured from 100% polyester fibres without the use of chemicals.
Fire Ratings
The PET material has a fire rating of 24mm - EN13501-1:2018: B-s1, d0.
