JOINT COVERS, PROFILES FOR JOINTS AND ACCESSORIES Natural Sodium Bentonite hydro-expansive joint that seals construction joints in reinforced concrete structures, also in the presence of strong water pressure. PRODUCT APPLICATION • To seal vertical and horizontal concrete construction joints • To seal passing bodies embedded in the concrete castings • High resistance to hydraulic load • Easy and quick application • Excellent stability and adherence to the surface • Perfect seal of construction joints and passing bodies embedded in concrete castings Apply WT 102 on the surface, which must be previously cleaned from dust and loose parts, with the protective paper facing upwards, then remove it and fix the WT 102 with the RE.VO fastening mesh using specific RE.VO progressive-fastening nails, every 30 cm. The joints are made by placing the ends side by side, at least 5 cm, without overlapping them. How it works When in contact with water, WT 102 can expand up to 6 times its initial value, thereby sealing the construction joints, even when subjected to significant water pressure, and small cavities (gravel nests), which are often found at the bottom of vertical castings. WT 102 is packed in cardboard boxes containing 30 m or 10 m, complete with RE.VO mesh + nails. The products must be stored in a dry place protected from sun and humidity. WARNINGS - IMPORTANT NOTES WT 102 cannot be used as a dilatation joint. WT 102 must be used on walls that are thick enough to guarantee a minimum cover of 8 cm on the sides. WT 102 must be placed on to the application surfaces, making sure that no material remains between the product and the surface, preventing any other situation that could cause it to be crushed or

Spacers or tie rods of the vertical casting must be placed at a minimum distance from the horizontal plane, of no less than 5÷10 cm.
