new The Polyflor SimpLay collection of loose lay vinyl tiles and planks have been developed for commercial interiors, where a design-led and practical floorcovering is required. Authentic reproductions of beautiful and natural materials are presented in an adhesive-free, ready to lay product, designed to reduce installation time. The innovative vinyl construction features a glass fibre reinforcement layer to enhance dimensional stability and also a unique honeycomb backing layer to ensure the tiles stay in position. This highly durable product is 100% recyclable and features a hygienic polyurethane (PU) surface treatment to protect the floor and reduce ongoing maintenance costs. As SimpLay can be installed over many different types of existing floorcoverings, subfloor preparation is significantly reduced. It is a practical choice for many heavy commercial applications, including office and retail sectors. Office interiors, corridors, break out rooms, storage, meeting and reception areas are ideal environments for use, enhancing design schemes and allowing easy underfloor access to cabling and pipework. SimpLay product construction Retail interiors, front and back of house, zonal sales areas and presentation points are also ideal situations for use. Another benefit of SimpLay is that the individual floor tiles can easily be replaced, relocated and reused, allowing temporary sales areas to be successfully highlighted and refreshed.
