Constructed with heavy gauge stainless steel slides • Units are standard with unfinished ends • One year parts and 90 day labor standard warranty Specifications Top is constructed of 16-gauge stainless steel, with integral 2.12” (5cm) square nosing on front and 4.00” (10cm) high by 2”.00 (5cm) thick backsplash on rear. Dry Drawer System is sized to hold 12” x 20” (30cm x 51cm) pans. Drawer tracks are 11-gauge stainless steel and mounted to galvanized interior sides. The bottom top and back are constructed of galvanized material. Rollers are made of selflubricating Delrin material and do not require any grease. Intermediate tracks are removable without tools. Drawer boxes are designed to allow easy grip of pan flanges. Drawers are constructed with a stay shut feature that holds the drawer front to the base front on uneven floors. Drawers will accommodate 4.00” or 6.00” deep pans. Slots are provided for optional adaptor bars to accommodate fractional and full size pans.
