Ahşap Kolon ve Perde Formwork Systems Kalıp Sistemleri Wall And Column Formworks Ahşap Kolon Kalıpları Konutlar, yüksek yapılar, iş ve alışveriş merkezleri, endüstriyel yapılar, arıtma tesisleri, enerji tesisleri, hastane sağlık tesisleri ile viyadük ayakları, köprü ayakları, istinat duvarları, menfez kalıpları vb. yol projelerinde ve HES projeleri, baraj gövdelerinde kullanılır. 3 temel elemandan oluşur, bunlar; H20 ahşap kiriş, çelik kuşak ve plywood.Vinç ile hızlı taşınarak kolay kalıplanması, çok tekrarlı kullanılması, beton sızdırmazlık özelliği ve şakule alma kolaylığı ile tercih edilir. Başka projelere kolay adapte edilmesinden dolayı geniş kullanım yelpazesine sahiptir.Tırmanma sistemleri ve şaft platformları ile birlikte kullanılabilir. Plywood arkası H20 ahşap kiriş ve çelik kuşak takviyesi ile oluşturulur. Aynı elemanlar kullanılarak ara mesafeleri değiştirilerek farklı ebat ve dayanımlarda panolar oluşturulabilir. Düz kuşaklar kullanılarak H20 ahşap kiriş ve plywood arasına ahşap şablonlar yardımı ile panolar açılı kuşaklarla birleştirilerek dairesel ve farklı geometrilerde perdelerin dökülmesine olanak verir. L kuşaklar kullanılarak H20 ahşap kiriş ile plywood arasına ahşap şablonlar yardımı ile dairesel ve farklı geometrilerde kolonlar dökülmesine olanak verir. Ahşap kolon kalıp L panoları köşe gergilerden somunlar kullanılarak kolayca kurulup sökülebilir. Ahşap perde kalıp düz panoları kuşak ekleri ve kamalar kullanılarak kolayca kurulup sökülebilir. Ahşap kolon kalıpları, kolon imalatlarında beton yükselme hızına bağlı taze beton basıncı yüksek olduğundan 90kN/m²’ye uygun olarak dizayn edilmiştir.Ahşap perde kalıpları 50kN/m²’ye uygun olarak dizayn edilmiştir. Vinç yardımı ile hızlı kolon ve perde imalatına olanak verir. Column Formworks Buildings, high buildings, business and shopping centers, industrial buildings, treatment plants, energy facilities, hospital health facilities and viaducts, bridge stands, retaining walls, culvert forms etc. road projects and HEPP projects, dam bodies are used. It consists of 3 basic elements; H20 wood beam, steel waler and plywood. It is preferred with fast moving and easy formwork with crane, repeated use, concrete sealing and ease of picking. It has a wide range of usage because it is easily adapted to other projects. It can be used with climbing systems and shaft platforms. Plywood is made with H20 wooden beam and steel waler reinforcement behind. Panels can be formed in different sizes and strengths by changing the intermediate distances using the same elements. By using flat walers, panel can be paired with angled lanes with the help of wooden templates between H20 wooden beams and plywood, allowing to pour curtains in circular and different geometries. By using L walers, it is possible to cast columns in circular and different geometries with the help of wooden templates between H20 wood beam and plywood. Wooden column formwork L panels can be easily installed and dismounted using nuts with corner bolts. Wooden wall formworks can be easily installed and dismounted by using flat panels with waler attachments and wedges.
