Precision inspired by artistic light shows The Vienna-based EOOS design team came up with an interesting combination of clear-cut geometrical shapes for the TEMPURA LED spotlight. The rectangular gear box is flexibly connected to the round lighting head. Like a tree trunk in a sawmill, its body is split into several layers. Its striking look with six honeycomb-shaped lenses is inspired by the artistic lighting effects produced by rosette windows in clerical architecture. Despite being highly individual and instantly recognizable, the TEMPURA spotlight is not tied into any one particular archi- tectural style. Both modern and historic buildings can be entirely illuminated and set centre stage by using LED spotlights. Particularly in existing projects, where the lighting is being upgraded or enhanced, this spotlight will play to its technical strengths without clashing with spotlights that are already installed. For colour psychology reasons, anthracite, black and white were chosen as standard colours to underscore this innovative technology. TEMPURA is also available as a special model in any RAL colour.
