In plasterboard or wooden ceilings, placethe mounting frame in the ceiling cut-outand screw-fasten its sides to the bare ceil- ing. Mounting brackets act as spacers andsupports for the section.The important point in the case of ceilingswith an exposed supporting structure: thesupporting edges of the channel section also support the adjacent ceiling panels.They also conceal the edges. Stabiliserbrackets above the channel section guaran- tee the latter has a uniform beam width.In flat homogeneous ceilings, the channelsection with supporting edge acts as a self-supporting element. It is inserted into the ceiling cut-out from below and is securely fixed using “patented suspension devices”.
