– Mark out edges of medical supply unit– Mark out wall opening relative to edges of medical supply unit and make wall opening– Fit the mounting frame– Lead in electric cables, allow sufficient extra length to reach central connection area of medical supply unit– Note: Where CONBOARD is recessed into the wall, patient call systems are connected directly to component with- out cutting; minimum excess length of leads 500 mm – Mark out feed-in areas of medical supply unit starting from bottom edge and centreline– Ensure electric cables are long enough to reach central connection area of medical supply unit– Note: Where CONBOARD is surface-mounted on the wall, patient call systems are connected directly to com- ponent without cutting; mini- mum excess length of leads 500 mm– Transfer fixing points – Drill fixing holes and fit wall plugs General information concerning installation Installation must take place in accordance with instructions and must only be carried out by expert skilled personnel.
