PRODUCTION

Zava boasts more than 20 years experience in the working and treatment of metals. This is one of it’s strong points because for the production of lighting and complementary furnishings all the metal components are produced entirely in-house, following a process which alternates between the manual and the automated in order to render pieces both unique and personalized. Iron, steel and aluminium are cut by laser, and are treated and veneered so as to reflect light and create atmosphere. Sensitivity to the ecology and the environment is shown through Zava’s predilection for low energy consumption lighting, using above all alternate neon and white light, incandescent lights and/or low tension lighting. Careful controls are carried out on every piece that leaves production so as to avoid the delivery of defective pieces and to guarantee, therefore, the highest possible level of quality to the client.
